R and G Construction Co. established and founded by Reinhold Mathiowetz in 1983  is a family owned business, as three of Reinhold and Connie’s children, Gregg ( his wife, Gina), daughter, Michelle ( her husband Rick Schaeffer), and their son, Scott ( his wife Cheri), are all actively involved and share ownership of the business. We have built a solid track record in the construction industry doing a wide range of state, county, and private work.  Projects range from a few thousand dollars to as much as ten million dollars.  R and G Construction  Co. specializes in complete grading projects, shoulder widening projects, box culvert installation, bituminous reclamation projects, site development,  water & sewer utilities and demolition.  We have implemented state of the art GPS equipment on most of our machines to construct projects without the need of survey staking in the field.  This technology has been utilized on highway project with MN DOT, SD DOT, county grading projects, large commercial site developments, and regional airport construction.
